Marc E. Rosenthal is a partner in the firm’s general civil litigation department, based in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Rosenthal focuses his practice on business litigation, professional malpractice, negligence, fraud, real estate, and employment law.
Mr. Rosenthal graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude, in 2015. While in law school, Mr. Rosenthal interned for the Honorable William P. Dimitrouleas of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida, and the Honorable Adalberto J. Jordan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Rosenthal also served as a student articles editor for the University of Miami National Security & Armed Conflict Law Review.
