As one of the firm’s managing partners, Mr. Cummings oversees of all aspects of the firm’s day-to-day operations and effectively communicates with the rest of the staff in order to successfully execute legal and organizational strategies to properly serve our clients.

Aside from Mr. Cummings’ managerial duties, Mr. Cummings concentrates his practice on complex business litigation relating to business torts, contractual disputes, employment disputes and commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Cummings also has extensive experience in helping individuals and families through the divorce process, including child custody and support matters, alimony, and property division.
